So I hope our friends the Takishitas don't mind that I stole these pictures off of Facebook to post, but it made me very grateful for my sunny 40 degree Las Vegas weather today. I quite often complain when we hit over 110, but after seeing their driveway this morning, I have a huge smile on my face. So, Glenda, Cassie, and Richard....all I can say is, "Good luck, and stay warm!"

Oh those pictures remind me of our living on Long Island. We used to have so much fun in the snow, building snowmen, snow forts, having snow ball fights. At least now there are modern contraptions to help you "shovel" the snow. We had to do it the old fashioned way and believe me, snow is heavy.
