As soon as we made it to Beaumont, Uncle Marshall stepped into his favorite role...that of the favorite uncle and took the the youngest kids outside right away for some slip-n-side fun. He is such a great uncle that he even too the time to slide the kids that couldn't figure out the run and slide part.

Jocie thought it was great to just watch everyone.

Marshall and Shannon's kids are going to be spoiled. Marshall has had lots of practice with all these nieces and nephews.

OK, so Maren wants a slip and slide in your backyard. Tell Rich to remove part of the rocks, replace the area with plastic and turn on the hose. Really cheap way to do it. Just be careful when they slide that they don't slide into the rocks that would still be on the ground. Isn't it strange that our grandkids come to visit and they are so excited because we have grass. Hey whatever it takes to put a smile on their faces.
